Off the Radar

Six weeks before the doors opened, this was a WhatsApp group and an idea. No deck. No experience running events. Just a few friends with full-time jobs building it on nights and weekends, for two reasons: put Belgium on the map, and drink negronis with people we like.

We thought it would be small. Instead 450 of you showed up, and so did the labs. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, AWS, Stripe, Vercel, Cloudflare, ElevenLabs, Mistral and Gradium. In Brussels. On a Tuesday.

The event was called Off the Radar. After that day, Belgium is very much on it. Thank you for being part of it.
